Dr. Sabina Ahmed brings nearly three decades of hands-on experience in medical billing and revenue cycle management, serving healthcare organizations since 1997. With deep expertise in physician billing, accurate coding, and regulatory compliance, she bridges the gap between clinical documentation and financial performance to deliver clean claims, faster reimbursements, and reduced denials. Her leadership spans end-to-end revenue cycle operations, including strategic planning, budgeting, staffing, and performance management. Dr. Ahmed is highly skilled in process improvement and Lean Six Sigma–driven optimization, consistently achieving measurable improvements in cash flow, days in A/R, and overall revenue performance.
Dr. Ahmed possesses extensive knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS, HMO, PPO, and commercial payer policies, along with advanced proficiency in ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, PQRS, CMS guidelines, HIPAA compliance, and value-based care programs.
